After the success of previous editions, One Ocean Week Milano – an initiative conceived and promoted by One Ocean Foundation – returns this year from June 3rd to 9th.
It will be a special week of events, talks, and educational workshops, with the aim of promoting knowledge and raising awareness among the young generation, company, and the general public about the extraordinary value of marine ecosystems and the fundamental role each of us plays in protecting them.
The program's activities will revolve around three important pillars:
The Blue Economy Summit aims to emphasize the importance of safeguarding and restoring the blue natural capital and the need to increase and direct investments to protect and restore marine ecosystems.
Laboratories and talks with scientists to promote the importance of water and raise awareness about the need to protect it as a precious and essential resource for life.
The myth of the ocean is celebrated as life during the cultural activities of the event, represented in various artistic forms: literature, art, music, and photography.
