Ragazzinvela is an educational nautical project open to children and teenagers from the age of eight, that enhances the talents and characteristics of each kid through coexistence on board, sailing and sport.

One Ocean Foundation enriched this initiative by providing educational materials on and by involving two young marine biologists, Arianna Liconti and Marta Possea that, through interactive workshops, introduced the young sailors to underwater life. Under the guidance of the marine biologists, the kids had the opportunity to participate in a snorkeling activity and subsequently collected plankton samplings that were then observed under the microscope, unraveling the fascinating microcosm that is hidden in just one drop of sea water.
