The foundation has organized an information trail divided into five infographics to be located in strategic points around Porto Cervo Marina.
The posters, created with the patronage of the Archipelago of La Maddalena National Park and the Institute for the Study of Anthropogenic Impacts and Sustainability in the Marine Environment (IAS), illustrate in a simple and direct way the best practices to adopt to limit pollution when on a boat, at the beach, in port and at home. A fifth sign lists the most common types of polluting objects, indicating the time each one takes to degrade.
The project, although delayed due to months of lockdown, hopes to be the first of a series to be replicated in all ports, starting with those managed by IGY Marinas around the world.
